SharePoint Foundation 2010 Application Development Certification

It has been almost three weeks since I have done some blogging. I was busy working on my project for a client. Today I got some time to see how and what is required for SharePoint 2010 Foundation Application Development Certification (70-573).

There are a number of topics that we must understand in order to achieve our goal of becoming a certified Technology Specialist in SharePoint Foundation Application Development.

Some of the major topics are listed below. I’ll constantly post the relevant articles that are required to understand the main areas of SharePoint.

  1. Working with SharePoint User Interface
  2. Web parts and Custom Controls
  3. Business Logic Components
  4. Working with SharePoint Data
  5. Working with Features and Solutions in Visual Studio

The complete list of areas measured for this certification are available in the Microsoft learning site. Here is the link for reference.

I’ll try cover the concepts of the above topics for easy learning.
